Getting to know each other
After first reaching out to us, we’ll arrange a time for an informal chat. Together we will share information about your unique situation, and gather important details so that we can understand the best way that we can assist you.
In some cases, this may be followed up with a second meeting so that we can collect any further details that may help us with your matter.

Formalising the claim
We’ll be able to offer you an appraisal of your case, and show you the pathways available to you in seeking resolution. We want you to feel empowered to make the best decision, and we will fully support you whichever way you choose to go.
Should you wish to proceed, we will take you through the paperwork involved with helping you with your matter in a way that suits you (in our office, over the phone, video call etc). We’ll also outline the key steps in the claim process and how long they may take so that you know what to expect at every stage of the process.

Step 3
Gathering evidence
From here, we’ll take over the hard work. We’ll lodge any paperwork required to activate your claim, and gather any evidence required to support you in your case.
This stage involves the cooperation of third-parties (such as other legal professionals, employers, WorkCover, as well as other authorities) so can often take some time to resolve. We’ll keep you updated at every point along the way.

Step 4
Resolution
Once an offer of settlement has been made, we’ll be able to guide you towards the options available to you.
Once you’ve reached an outcome that is favorable to you, we’ll wrap the matter up and arrange for the transfer of compensation to be made.
